localized production cost vs wholesale cost vs government vs
retail costs per country and.... ... yeah. This is possible for
nearly any drug out there, except perhaps for drugs that have to
be grown in chicken eggs and stuff. Once the R part of R&D is
done, the D is creating it, perfecting it (longest part) then
what' left is mass production . When you're at the mass
production phase that's when things get cheap.
