Yes - the History Channel would live up to its name.
Spacetime folding would be the major key and super high
resolution imaging tech.
As it stands, we can't even see the leftover bits from NASA on
the Moon. We're not even close to that yet:

Then again, we're not even close to folding spacetime.
However, theoretically? Most definitely possible. I'm thinking
we may need to master neutrinos somehow somewhere in the process
because they can slip next to stuff. [ie - we need very small
things instead of big fat electrons. Yeah, I think electrons
will be way too big in the future and will just get in the way
most of the time with their Casimir effect wrecking a lot of the
manipulations at those resolutions and below]
