I'm thinking post Mars. Mars eventual destruction by near-future
  humanity is nearly certain. Also, humans were designed for Earth
  and no place else. So we would have to change. Consider:
  biological AI constructed to be suitable within Venusian
  environment. Then we wouldn't need to bother with the atmosphere
  transformation.
