It's improvisational Jazz. The jam session will end when they're
  dead. They'll be fine; plenty of water; at least when they found
  the running water tap. Before that they had to use solar heaters
  to melt the ice, which was hard because the sun was so far away.
  They're not telling NASA about the oxygen pockets hidden under
  the soil though. That'd spoil their gig because then EVERYBODY
  would be going up there.
