Thank you for telling me your story Kimberly; I was never happy
with the Special Ed direction I'd seen offered; and even the
role of Guidance Counsellor was surprisingly limited... and
Educational Psychology as a whole is a bit of a joke. Extremely
disappointed at how children are viewed from an educator's
standpoint. I never thought of a dichotomy though; but when you
said "two different ways to teach", that helps explain the
irritation I always had with education; I always felt they were
"doing it wrong". I wish you the best in your struggles and
you've provided some needed encouragement. I hope I take a step
and don't just go "wouldnt' it be nice if".
