For example, in my county, if you want to find out ANYBODY who
  was arrested for ANYTHING in the last 10 years.. you just go to
  this handy-dandy website:

  look up names, dates of births, whatever. I don't think there's
  anywhere else in the USA that does that yet every Florida County
  has to by law. News reporters, especially ones from other
  states, LOVE THIS.. they ALWAYS have some crazy thing some
  florida person did... BECAUSE they can't get the same
  information from their states or counties. The only reason that
  people LOOK more sane in other parts of the country is because
  they buttloads of privacy.* But it's not more sane elsewhere.*
  That's an illusion.
