So, to regroup: "having children shouldn't be a right, even if
we are all biologically capable of having them."

From the position of a "wouldn't it be nice" stance:

I... still hold to the same position. It is not my place to
decide for them. My morality strongly includes allowing others
the right to chose for themselves. If they want to have 10 kids
and suffer the consequences, then they should have that right.

IF the children are starving, then it is the communities
responsibilities to step in and do something about it.

If someone chooses to have children despite poverty, as long as
the children's are somehow fed, it is ok.

IF they are unfed, then the community should feed them or
somehow supplement the income of the parents so that they can
  feed them.

I have no problem supporting people who choose to have children
  and cannot meet community standards.

To me, that is what community is for; to bring UP people who are
below the standards, to the community standards somehow.

Taking the children away (or the dog in this case) should be a
COMMUNITY decision and NOT one by activists acting lawlessly. In
short, I cannot support the decision of the activists in this
  case. They are wrong. Period.
