Well, judging by the HUGE MESS Alan Greenspan made with the
mortgage industry... a man who, up until then seemed like the
Golden Boy Genius of economics... I think even the smart dudes
are scrambling and doing the 'best they can' with what's thrown
at them, and not so much controlling switches of the economy.
