The correspondence between our descriptive and manipulative
  languages we use to express reality in a form that humans can
  WORK with (pragmatism) is quite astounding.

  But I pay great attention to the "nearly nothing". Why?

  I'm a nearly nothing. An outlier. A statistical blip. Less than
  a pixel. But I consider myself important to myself. I don't
  reduce well, not without a fight. So, much like with dropped
  variables in an equation, I leave the gaps where they are as
  gaps. Close them when needed for practical matters but closing
  them completely is a matter of Faith and I'm not willing to make
  that leap of faith. I let the gaps stand and I don't care what's
  going through it, if anything at all. The word "Nothing"
  replacing the word "God" doesn't cut it for me. I'd just rather
  leave it blank.
