We're so GUNG-HO YAY YAY THANK YOU SCIENCE MAN in our culture
that people have their childhoods ruined when they find out that
there's just as much fraud, deception, one-upmanship and
politics in the sciences as there is in any human field.
It pisses me off still, because they're SUPPOSED TO BE better
than all that. But they're not. But they do have excellent PR.
Hard to top Michio Kaku and others like him - I love listening
to them talk.
