At several jobs, I'd have to go through the joke of what I was
  doing every 15 minutes. It's a bad use of statistics because the
  results are GOING to be flawed. Maybe if their bosses did it
  convertly, sure. Not that I like that idea either of course. But
  efficiency experts can ruin a company if done poorly. What was
  fine for early 20th century factory work doesn't necessarily
  apply in 21st century careers that are somewhat more
  complicated. Of course these are baseless assertions on my part,
  mostly because I still remember being annoyed at having to go
  through it, my boss's lackluster interest in it... all to be fed
  up a chain 'til it finally reaches someone who DOES care, and
  even though they have some measure of correction for lying in
  the formulas... still....

  No matter how many formulas are stacked on a bad idea, it's
  still a bad idea smile emoticon
