I appreciate things frequently; it keeps me from getting too
wrapped up in my own head and I enjoy opportunities to teach
_something_ wherever I find myself. Last year, on March 23,
2014, I was feeling grateful and, having a decent following on
Vine, decided to combine gratitude and teaching and give 6
second Shoutouts (means "Thanks!") to various processes in the
Universe that allowed me to be here and all of us. For the 1/2
hour it took me to make what turned out to be 90 seconds worth,
it was time well spent, sneaking education in rather like
sneaking carrots in spaghetti sauce (@Diane Bekheet )
[this is _not_ what I do all of the time btw, but I enjoy it
when I do] It's Unorthodox, it's fast (get your pause button
ready if you want to read anything) but in the process, I was
able to help a number of people (judging by their comments) both
in their understanding of physics and a show of gratitude for
things that we take for granted. and ... suddenly my brain went
blank. Ok, I'm not going to tag everybody who I think might
appreciate this odd mix of gratitude and Science (with implied
understanding of what I mean when I say I'm agnostic - I really
  am - I *don't* know ) I see the world a little differently than
many people and sometimes, when someone can see something
through my eyes for a moment, or me through their eyes, it makes
whatever effort it took to make the connection worth the
possible snicker or rolled eyes at my unconventionality. ...
ok... i'm done tagging. I already know of more ppl I missed..
and I have no idea why I felt the need to tag... I guess to say
"Thanks" to you all as well for.. I dunno, I guess just being
around and sharing a bit of yourself and listening to me
  sometimes. Really, I don't think there's a need to give a reason
for Thanks; Thanks for existing is really enough I suppose smile
emoticon Some people think it's weird to show gratitude to
things that don't spend money on you in return but really, when
I say "I'm glad to be here", that's just what I mean smile
emoticon It's also a bit of a comedy on my part as well; I took
literally when people would say, "Thank the Universe" - so I
thought, "Well, if I *did* thank the Universe, how would I go
  about it?" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKPIUCeFkH0
