I think news organizations (and it's amazing to consider
  Microsoft a "News Organization", yet there it is: MSN) - have
  ENTIRELY given up any accuracy in headlines, so long as it draws
  the reader in.

  [which directs their eyes to ads, which some click on, which pay
  for the website and the people who made the website of course
  tongue emoticon )

  Come to think of it, I don't remember ANY news organization ever
  using accurate headlines.

  Rule must be: How can we "accidentally" say the wrong thing
  powerfully enough to shock readers and get them to come in?
