Moon. I mean both, really, but to me, the moon is far more
  practical. We've been there, and we REALLY should go back.
  Hanging around near earth orbit is BORING BORING BORING BORING
  BORING and it's about time SOMEBODY got their ass on a planetoid
  and jump around a little.
