You may see a counsel of elders running an elite group of
intellectuals.. but emotionally and behaviorally, we rarely
progress past here. Classroom management. You can whittle down
the class to only the well-behaved students if you like, but you
might miss out on novel perspectives from those who don't fit in
the bell curve of expected norms.
But this is my bias. I'm just expressing my pov. I tend to favor
the weird people and give them extra attention rather than
excluding them, because I find the normies can usually manage
themselves just fine.
But I'm not volunteering either, just expressing smile emoticon
