The show had the WORST theme song for what it was.. [I kept
  rewriting it in my head - it seemed *so weak* of a theme song]
  but I enjoyed watching the ways Richard Dean Anderson got out of
  scrapes. Buttons and fertilzer and a safety pin to blow out a
  lock. Love it. Then when he played a "appears stupid but isn't"
  guy in Stargate SG-1 I was also a fan. Loved it when they'd
  throw a MacGuyver reference in there.
