The funny thing is the parents are putting a hit out on
  themselves the MOMENT they bring their kids to the psychologist
  to "figure out what wrong with little Johnny" and the
  psychologist starts blaming everything on Mom and Dad.

  Psychologists aren't there for black kids. Black kids are stuck
  with social workers so they learn to shut up and deal.

  And yes. Both solutions suck.
