Well, he sucks now. Old hat. He was great when he was new. But
  Ted Talks copied his style and form; if you notice Ted Talks all
  have the same format.... and they improved upon Anthony Robbins.

  There's a great book I saw in the library, "How to give a Ted
  Talk". They all follow it. It's "The Book". Engineered highs and
  lows, emotional pulls here and there... I mean, it doesn't take
  away from the message; the messages are good... but it's
  engineered for maximum consent. That's what makes them so
  watchable. [of course Tony wasn't the 1st or the best... but he
  made improvements to the existing motivations speakers, just as
  Ted talks made improvements on Tony Robbins, who was great in
  the early 90s... but just seems old in 2015]
