It's unlikely that we'd always choose the same choice, not
unless we strongly CHOOSE to stick to our guns and ignore
incoming data.
The reason?
It's impossible to recreate the same State Machine moment to
moment.
Even computers; why are there so many bugs in software? Because
it's nearly impossible for two computers to be in the same state
at the same time. You can turn two computers on at the same
exact time. They ahve the same verified components. Same
temperature. Same room. Same electrical systems.
Run them for 100,000 hours. Have them do the same things.
They'll still be in different states. There's always variations,
from slight to large, between any two SIMILAR objects in the
Universe. No two things can be exactly alike. Not possible.
