Very true - I sometimes seek out online confrontation to test my
abilities and sharpness. But my goal isn't to "win the argument"
- to me that's petty stuff - my goal is to make a friend out of
someone who sees me as an enemy. If someone is already my
friend, like we are, I sometimes like to poke a little and get
into "play battles" over ideas because that way, I learn
something by the exchange. I've had to back off a bit on Devil's
Advocate though. *I've actually lost friends being
contrary-for-contrary's sake and focusing on "winning the
argument". *So, I changed my focus. *Also, when it's absurdist
humor, like this, there's not too many limits :P
