It's nice to see trailer-living making a comeback. It's
  rebranded, under "small house nation" and such. This is the
  Scamp, also known as the "Egg" and a bunch of other names. My
  brother has a similar one he uses to go hunting. SUPER efficient
  in size and the internal layout (floor plan) is about as human
  ergonomic as it gets. You can easily live in it; 2 people
  comfortably, 4 people not _quite_ so comfortably and it's just
  as tiny as it appears.

  You have similar ergonomic setups on boats where space is a
  premium but trailers, 'small home living', eco-stuff, is meant
  to live in all year around, so the human factor is prime
  importance.
