I liked doing "shadow parkour" with my nephew. Started doing it
  when he was 6 years old. Jump from shadow to shadow.
  Now that he's ten and we don't run around together like we did,
  he does it on his own.

  [and I do it in random parking lots outside of stores when
  waiting for other ppl to finish shopping. I don't care what
  strangers think:P ]
