Yeah - big muscles are show.
I have strength for focused situations; that's where I shine.
But, I have crappy shoulders; can't do more than 8 lat pushes or
whatever they're called; the thing where you push something
overhead.
Doesn't matter what the weight is: it can be 5 lbs.*
But lat pull down? throw it on.
Hence, pull ups? Yeah, not many.I can pull UP just fine and
easy. It's the motion going *down* that kills me.*
Maybe if I had to pull up, then pull up, then pull up - like
pulling myself up a long stairway full of pull up bars, I'd do
plenty.*tongue emoticon
