Online, I try to engage with as many different peoples as I can.
  I keep large friends lists and work on empathizing with people
  whose perspectives at first seem radically different from my
  own. On Vine, I have 9600+ friends, each of whose faces I can
  picture upon just seeing their handle. 6000+ on g+ - same thing.
  Some people don't even speak my langauge, but i have translators
  and I've talked to each of them at least a few times. My search?
  My clan, whatever that is. Oh Time! Now _that's_ something that
  drives me.
