Yeah.* Flood insurance.* No elevation certificate because they
  didn't need them back when the house was built.* But I have
  evidence to support the house as being out of the flood zone,
  which will save us money if they agree to my evidence, which is
  supported with as much official documentation as I could come
  across to support my conclusions.* Otherwise, I'll have to pay
  someone with a decent set of measuring tapes.* Since most people
  on our street already HAVE their LOMA and I used their
  information to support my case, I'm hopeful. Do I expect them to
  accept it?* I have no idea.* I just did the best I could with
