If I ever crack down and *do* write a book in a standard Chapter
  chapter chapter, fill with headlined areas, quotes, pictures,
  examples, stories from real life, indexed nicely (I like a good
  index), It's likely be about this. It's one of my favorite
  concepts. I just hate structured writing.
