Personally, I believe the human lifespan has a maximal cap of
  around 120 years. I expect to get 84-88 years myself. Anything
  beyond that will likely require biological implants, transplants
  or stem cells.

  Even if we can control the actions of the telemeres, I still
  doubt more than 120 is possible without "something added" to us.

  If we live to 250, 1000, 10,000 years? We'll adapt. There's ways
  we haven't begun to consider, because we're NOT in that
  situation having to face it. We'll have to think of solutions
  for problems that we don't even imagine existing yet.
