I'll gladly live for 10,000 years.
Will I get on a strict workout regimen to get there?
Well, I've done it before, but would I do it again?
Last time, it gave me muscles that I've been able to keep simply
by maintaining a daily intake of 50-100 grams of protein a day.
[past 13 years] But, I find working out boring, so it's an "up
in the air" question at present. I'm too into what I'm doing at
present to go back to the gym, or to start a career that does
the thing that working-out simulates in an artificial
environment.
What do I anticipate?
Living 84-88 years. Less or more is possible, but 84-88 seems
most likely, given family history.
