SR NOR Latch - "Set Reset NOR". *A Latch is a type
  of[1]#FlipFlop *without [2]#Time * - it's asynchronious -
  no[3]#clock *- and generally, it doesn't DO ANYTHING except stay
  open like a door... or stay closed like a door. But, it can be
  set or reset when needed. * I dunno, I like it for some
