I'm glad its accessible. Actually, it might be more fun in a
  wheelchair. Walking would be less stable, although in both
  cases, turning can be a bit of an issue, gravity apparently
  nearly as much so.

  Given a choice of travel methods, being a small ball rolling
  down with the barriers of the curb providing the turns would be
  best.

  Without the ability to morph into a tiny ball, the next best
  preferred way to travel down this would be bobsled. Low center
  of gravity and if the wheels are designed correctly, turning
  could be automatic, making the whole trip a lot of
