it's referred to but it's not really a name. It's like calling
  somebody "you" - then calling someone else "you". It's almost
  meaningless, really because the distinction between one lambda
  and another lambda just isn't there. No identity. They call it
  "Anonymous" but I don't think that's entirely correct to catch
  the nuance I'm getting at but I don't have a ready replacement.
  Kind of sad really, used and tossed aside but I guess not
  everything is a special snowflake.?
