yeah it was so easy to get sucked into numbers and looking for
  patterns.* This was back in Oct 13.* I forget now but I was
  charting something with large numbers and greatest common
  denominators and squares and found this.* Anyway, don't get
  sucked into numbers.* They'll give you lots of pretty patterns
  and you'll think you're onto something significant only to
  stumble upon some guy named Euclid or Cantor or Lorenz or
  whoever that probably worked it out a long time ago :P
  I can't find the spiral but this is the kind of stuff I'm
  talking about; getting sucked into something and letting it take
  over.* I find this stuff interesting but always have to watch
  out for letting it take over, so I like to stay on the line
  between the two sides, between kook and status
