Oh I enjoy seriousness. I also think the guy in the video is a
goofball,, but a creative goofball patent engineer who can
-afford- to make toys all day BECAUSE he was serious about a few
projects. I'm serious most of the time about certain things; I
take people's emotional/mental health *very* seriously,
including my own. That's my seriousness.
  Psychologically, how different is:
becoming a level 81 warlord and writing impactful philosophy for
a lifetime? I'm not saying it's a bad thing at all; but it's
gamification. I do it too; in fact, I doubt there's few that
don't in some way.   and I'm not mocking, I give the highest
honor to the enthusiasm of play.
I believe Pokemon's theme song has likely inspired millions upon
millions of people through the years all by itself. I find it
inspirational, even though I've only ever played it with nephews
and nieces and things - and I'm not good at it at all. I'm not
good at most games honestly but when I get SERIOUS about a game,
I'm going to win. I don' like being taken over like that though.
