I've found plain greek yogurt to be a good "Go To" source for
extra protein, although I prefer meat most of the time tongue
emoticon Good with honey or any flavor of jelly.

I try to get at least 50g of protein a day to maintain whatever
muscle I gained years ago at the gym. Seems to work well enough.
I used to do 100g a day but then I had to eat a lot more fiber
and drink a LOT more water.   oh yum smile emoticon I'm having
breakfast at your place tomorrow tongue emoticon My diet is
erratic - I keep strange hours, so wherever I find myself I have
to think 'on the fly' and do some quick calculations in my head.
[not specific numbers, just a 'feeling' of how much
  fat/protein/carbs I'm _probably_ eating].

The quick estimating ended up changing how I see food
completely. Cheese, which I love, is generally a stick of butter
with a couple of cubes of chicken. Peanut butter is also a stick
of butter with a couple of cubes of chicken. I still use them
for protein sources but thinking of them in that way keeps me
  from overdoing it smile emoticon
