Considering education has always been such an important issue to
me, I find it fascinating that Education stands out separate
from all of the rest.
I don't mind government control over most things; hell they can
spy on me for all i care as long as they're not allowed to kick
my doors down or be invasive in the process. Surveil if you
like.
But education is one of those things that I believe fiercely in
independence of. I don't like single-mode education for a
society because without the diversity, knowledge will get lost
along the way. A single bad idea followed by millions without
any competition to the contrary, no matter how noble the intent,
I believe can lead to disasterous consequences.
