Redirect, avoid thinking about the autopsy if you can. If it's
your responsibility to tell them, redirect to research. Refocus
as much as you can. If you can't, then don't. You're not a
superhero. You're human, as much as that sucks right now. Do
what you can, and when you can't, you can stop. Nothing is
required in this situation unless you choose to.
