* I don't believe the brain is a jar though.

I believe the brain is an outcropping of our nervous
systems. It has gained dominance over the rest of our
nervous system but it is integrally a part of it.

I don't believe the "self" stops at the skin either.

We are connected physically, tangibly, perhaps even
      measureably, right now, right here.

Through communication. I see communication as a physical
process that utilizes Time in a flexible fashion.

If you and I, William, were part of an organism, which I
somewhat believe we are, my sensory output and your sensory
inputs and feedback loops are physically connected.

The lag inbetween is, ultimately iinconsequential to the
      organism.

So I suppose, I do believe in a slime-mold view of humanity
or life in general as an organism that has existed for a
      very long time indeed.

[4]Kenneth Udut Strange though, if it turns out that is my
belief. I tends towards individualism and expression of
uniqueness. But if I am to accept humanity or life as an
organism... rather than "me as an individual" I may have to
better analyze my role in this organism. How interesting hm.
