worry is different (in my mind) than planning. Worry does not
  achieve results. it is a loop that circles back upon itself.
  Planning, goal-setting, seeing the result in the mind or paper
  or computer and then working towards making that goal real, is
  not worry. Coping is also different from worrying. Coping is
  living for today and, presumably, achieving in the moment with
  whatever affordances are at hand.
