I don't believe in the death penalty for anyone. So if the
  person is a danger to others, they should be set aside
  somewhere. Whether it's a prison or mental institution is the
  only difference I see. We failed that person who did the killing
  by not spotting the tendencies before it happened. That's why we
  have to take care of them for the course of their natural lives.
