Well i don't know if QM ignores it or not, and I can't speak of
the Big Bang (I wasn't there - "God said" or "oops it happened"
or "higher dimensional Bulk with Branes that briefly made
contact" - I haven't the foggiest idea which one is right so I
don't try really. although I do have some ideas regarding + and
  - charges, 720 degree electron spin and "how time began" but in
the end, it'll just be yet another theory if I decide to pursue
it further. ... anyway As far as the Einstein/Bose condensate,
while I don't know how it relates to the other things, I will
say this: I agree that empirical things are generally superior
ventures for the sciences to investigate - as sometimes the
theoretical mixes with science-fiction and adherents often have
a religious fervor about their favorites. At least with
something like the condensate, it's basically chemistry; and of
all the sciences, chemistry has a "Look, see?" quality to it
that has nothing to do with our "ideas" but are tangible,
touchable, smellable, etc. Literally: Sensible.* [senses]
