No problem :) I've tested it out; when I first was doing it a
few years back (before I started just staying up all night
because it's the ONLY time I could get my projects done) - I'd
pop on the TV and see an economist making some prediction about
the future that probably wasn't going to come true, but he was
awfully certain of and had lots of numbers behind him. Even that
was enough and after a few minutes, like being a child lulled by
a bedtime story, I lost my sadness quickly. It's not always that
easy; but sometimes just having a tool to work with gives you a
sense of control over an uncertain situation. "
