I think it's great when like-minds meet up.* In my early
  BBS/PC-Link/Internet days (late 80s/early 90s) I was constantly
  on a greyhound or train from New Jersey visiting people from all
  over the country. It was always a blast; and it proved to the
  younger me what I already knew; That people are basically good
  and that good people are worth seeking out and celebrating.
