  like the "happy" lift from the b12 but I've tried it with
  regular 100% B12 over a period of a few months and it had the
  same effect. Magnesium, whatever the daily dose is. And Zinc,
  daily dose. I don't want to OD on Zinc 'cause then you can get
  reversable tingling of fingers and toes. "
