Time is Irrelevant? Read on: Here is the world's smallest living
clock. We have a version of it in the middle of our brains.

We are tied to this planet. Our bodies and our nervous systems,
including our brains - are entirely linked to it. So much so
that we come with built-in roughly 24 hours clocks that are a
little out of sync with the days of today.

It is made up of only 3 proteins, called KaiA, KaiB and KaiC.
Kai is the Japanese word for Rotation along with other words
  like Ocean and Recovery.

It resists temperature differences and a version of it exists in
  ALL Life.

It's from bacteria. And we've been able to get it working - in a
  Test Tube.

Is Time Irrelevant? We may choose to believe so but if it wasn't
for the ticking of a Master Clock in our brains, we wouldn't be
  here to deny its importance.
