^EUREKA! I think I figured out something new. B12, Magnesium +
Zinc, taken around the same time, has shown to be helpful to
people with autism, for body builders in post workout recovery,
and, for me, acts just like Lorazapam as an anti-anxiety
medicine - enough that I could take it before trips to the
dentist. This is something I figured out last year and, testing
it out on myself and from results from people who've given me
feedback, it works. BUT I might know why: It keeps our
biological clocks working properly so we can sleep right, think
at a normal rate for us (not too fast or too slow), respond to
external stimulus (stress) better and controls stemming patterns
in Autistic people (which is often used as an "I'm still here"
comforting rhythm. A working body clock would serve a similar
function) Just last month, a molecular biologist mapped out the
complete molecular structures in the different parts of the
proteins regulating our circadian clocks; the master clock of
our body. All known life forms, down to the smallest bacteria,
have a clock that's more or less set to 24 hours. This clock
regulates a LOT of body functions, even the timing of RNA
splicing. She discovered a surprise - that there is an ion of
Zinc that nobody saw before; Zinc, which makes screws and a
whole lot of things we don't notice: Weatherproof and it is
lightweight and strong; It's commonly used in lightweight
chainlink fences and is found in the middle of most American
coins because it's cheap and light and strong. I think that's
the function that Zinc provides: structure to the molecule and
helping keep it protected against the hostile elements inside of
the brain itself - all of the chemicals washing back and forth.
B12 : has a molecule of Cobalt in it. Blue. I believe it helps
provide Ultraviolet protection for the blue light sensor that
most people, even most blind people have. Magnesium: Magnesium
is an essential part of how the circadian molecules work in
bacteria and in humans, it helps produce melatonin, which is
known to regulate sleep - as well as relaxing muscles in the
body and other things. So, there it is. An off-the-cuff theory
of B12/Magnesium/Zinc as fixing our body clocks and all of the
great results that seem to come out from it. Is it right? Who
knows? But it's the first place I've seen the three vitamins
working together in the body in one very very small, important
place. -Kenneth Udut, June 10, 2014^
