Insufficient - yes, that is a nicely vage human answer. A
  decider of "what is enough" - or at least some sort of limits to
  the system have to be predefined if its an automated system.
  Sufficiency can be pre-defined -
  do-not-continue-until-these-conditions-are-satisfied - which
  would show a deeper level of granularity to the true/false
  question - showing the true/false question as a very high
  overhead view and not the ultimate question, but rather a series
  of questions deeper within... "
