Figured out how to install Java 64 bit - on Windows 64 - I had
  to run the command prompt as Administrator. Otherwise, it
  quietly 'succeeds' but then you get a 'can't find configuration
  file' when you try to run your java 64 bit apps. this is
  especially a problem if you run #bukkit #minecraft #server like
