  I need help with specific areas of focus and so I'm running a
  contest. I will be needing moderators and administrators for
  each topic of importance to you and while you can suggest ideas
  without being in charge of them, if you do have the time or
  willingness to either moderate people, or things (like site
  design) or be the discussion initiator or participant.. it would
  be great.

  I need leaders, especially Idea People.
