Well you're getting closer to outdoing me, although you have to
  start responding to anything and everything :-) Well, you had
  influence on me as well. I was playing something on a keyboard
  (I think maybe you brought one in from home - I forget now). I
  started playing something on it, and you said, "Damn, Ken, I
  didn't know you played jazz". And until that point in my life, I
  didn't know I could play jazz. Since then, whenever I'm on the
  piano, I always spend a few minutes doing something jazz-like.
  If you never said that to me (or said something like that), I
  would never have experimented with jazz piano. So, that's
  something, no? "
