I would recommend a copy of "Learning Another Language Through Actions" by Asher.  There is a "Command Book" by the same publisher.  Try TPR-World.com or your bookstore.  You can also just make up your own list based on what you want to do.  If you intend to teach this way, script and practice it first.  It can be very stressful to just "wing it".  You will be SHOCKED at how fast students can pick up this stuff.  Jim Droege German Highline HS Burien, WA
